• Optimize supply and demand forecast of client portfolios through data analysis and integrity.
• Develop, execute and monitor data management and business analytic processes to support project delivery.
• Model demand scenarios and determine best real estate plan to address alternative forecasts.
• Translate business intelligence into real estate insights.
• Maintain data integrity of tools used.
• Provide and communicate reporting and metrics to stakeholders to make informed decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of related work experience.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Ad hoc reporting using SQL tools and/or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik View.
• Ensuring data consistency and integrity for the development of models or reports.
• Modeling spreadsheets with Power Query or Python.
• Working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Estimated salary: 70,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year.
