• Manage the contract lifecycle end-to-end, including document generation and internal approval collection
• Support operational systems by updating templates and optimizing workflows
• Maintain and improve knowledge repositories and legal trackers
• Assist with team projects and provide paralegal and administrative support
• Track metrics and oversee the signature process for legal agreements

• Bachelor’s Degree (paralegal certification is a plus)
• 1-3+ years of experience in a legal operations role or corporate legal department
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and experience with contract workflows
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a rapidly growing and/or evolving environment
• Ability to review and understand legal agreements for business stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency
• Familiarity with various software platforms such as Microsoft Word and Salesforce
