Sr Manager - Digital Program Manager, oneRTX PST; Remote

• Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans for multiple Digital Technology projects
• Drive project progress, ensuring task completion and milestone achievement
• Manage resource allocation and understand team member workloads to optimize utilization
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, with real-time alerts for critical issues
• Communicate expectations clearly and promote accountability among team members

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
• Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
• Core project management expertise and knowledge of methodologies, including Six Sigma or Change Management
• Prior experience with SAP implementations
• Familiarity with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile Scrum

• Experience working effectively in a matrix and team environment across various business lines
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and managing change within an organization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications
