What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)   Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project teams and stakeholders
Perform business process requirements analysis and document findings based on customer needs
Configure software solutions using approved workflows and business rules
Customize and deliver training materials in both remote and classroom settings
Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications)   Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in the CIS and/or utility industry
Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)   Familiarity with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
Proficiency in writing SQL queries
Experience in analyzing error logs and debugging processes
