What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Coach teams and leadership in Lean-Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LPM)
Lead large-scale Agile transformations across complex technology environments
Partner with senior stakeholders to transition teams from waterfall or hybrid models to Lean-Agile delivery
Facilitate PI Planning, Iteration Planning, backlog prioritization, and value stream mapping
Provide real-time coaching for high-profile cybersecurity initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology environment
10+ years working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid models)
Deep knowledge of SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management
Proven experience coaching executives and cross-functional teams
Advanced Agile certifications (CSP, ICP-ACC, SAFe Practice Consultant, or similar)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working with cybersecurity teams
Experience coaching both development and non-development teams
