What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)   Provide best-in-class delivery and integration services to a diverse range of organizations
Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in utilizing next-generation SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR features
Conduct knowledge transfer of Falcon Log Scale NGSIEM to customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize Log Scale NGSIEM within customer environments
Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)   5+ years of experience working with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a professional services consulting role

Experience with pre-sales technical scoping and post-sales handoffs
Knowledge of SIEM best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, and alerts
Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers and traditional IT services
Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)   Recent industry certifications with SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or other organizations in Information Security
Long-term experience within a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents using SIEM or SOAR platforms
Applied knowledge and integration experience with a generative AI platform
