Vitalist Inc. is seeking a high-performing, hands-on sales leader to drive the growth of the Reebok Smartwatch business across North America and LATAM. This is a unique opportunity to lead a global sales team, shape go-to-market strategies, and scale a sport-focused wearable brand in competitive retail and e-commerce channels.
What You’ll Do:
Lead from the front: Directly manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, including contract retail account reps, national account managers, and key account executives.
Drive sales strategy & execution: Build and implement aggressive sales strategies across major retailers, carriers, and online channels to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Expand distribution & market share: Leverage your industry network to win competitive retail listings, open new channels, and accelerate market penetration.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Success to align on launches, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
Hands-on account management: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier retail partners and distributors, while actively engaging in deal negotiations and client acquisition.
Travel as needed: Support sales reps on the ground, attend key industry events, and ensure strong visibility in all strategic markets.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years in consumer tech, wireless, telco, or wearables, with P&L responsibility and a track record of scaling revenue in competitive markets.
Networked & Resourceful: Existing relationships with carriers, distributors, and retailers; comfortable making calls and closing deals personally.
Strategic & Tactical: Ability to craft long-term growth strategies while executing short-term sales wins.
Team Builder & Mentor: Experience recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
Analytical & Market-Savvy: Strong forecasting, performance tracking, and insight into industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Communication & Negotiation: Persuasive, professional, and adaptable communicator who can influence executives and partners.

Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $160,000 CAD (or USD equivalent for cross-border candidates).
