Digital Marketing Specialist; Remote

We are seeking a results driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support online growth initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for a data informed marketer who understands how to build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and optimize campaign performance in a fast paced environment.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display advertising
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) including keyword research, ad creation, budgeting, and performance optimization
• Oversee content strategy to support SEO, lead generation, and audience engagement
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency
• Monitor website analytics and user behavior to optimize user experience and funnel performance
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing assets
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
• Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, or similar
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or other reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
