• Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap and success metrics aligned with the employer’s enterprise AI goals
• Establish proficiency frameworks tailored to diverse audiences, including product teams and leadership
• Build and scale engagement initiatives such as internal communications and adoption campaigns
• Design and deliver multi-modal learning experiences that embed Responsible AI principles
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to operationalize Responsible AI standards

• 8+ years of proven experience leading enterprise-wide learning or enablement programs in AI, data, or technology domains
• Deep understanding of responsible AI principles and governance frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong executive presence
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Legal and Compliance
• Experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies

• Experience in change management best practices
• Background in presenting to senior leadership and external audiences
• Familiarity with emerging trends in generative AI and AI regulation
• Proven track record in supporting certification pathways and continuing education initiatives
