Remote Implementation Consultant

• Serve as a customer advocate, facilitating communication among project managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Perform requirements analysis and document processes based on customer specifications and best practices
• Configure software according to approved workflows and business rules
• Customize and deliver training materials for both remote and in-person sessions
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks that could negatively impact project outcomes

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CIS and/or utility industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on autonomous decision‑making
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with debugging error logs

• Experience with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
