Senior Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Fusion Financials (Billing & AR)

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep Oracle Fusion Financials experience to support enterprise billing and accounts receivable initiatives within a complex, multi-entity environment. This role sits within Enterprise Applications and partners closely with Finance (Billing and AR), IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance, optimize, and scale Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities.

This individual will serve as the functional Oracle Fusion expert bridging Finance and technology, translating business needs into scalable, cloud-native system solutions while ensuring compliance, financial controls, and architectural alignment.

Partner with Finance (Billing and AR), Enterprise Applications, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements within Oracle Fusion Financials.

Translate functional requirements into Fusion configurations, process designs, user stories, and integration specifications aligned to:

• Accounts Receivable
• Billing
• Revenue Management
• General Ledger integrations

Lead current-state and future-state system analysis across the full billing lifecycle including:

• Invoice creation and lifecycle management
• Revenue recognition and revenue schedules
• Credit and rebill processing
• Adjustments and dispute management
• Cash application and reconciliation
• Financial reporting and controls

Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials architecture including:

• Role-based security model
• Workflow and approvals
• Subledger accounting
• Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Integration frameworks

Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, integrations, data mapping, and API-based interfaces between Fusion and upstream/downstream systems.

Participate in system enhancements, quarterly update impact analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Facilitate solution design sessions, cross-functional workshops, and system reviews with Finance leadership and Enterprise Applications.

Ensure solutions support:

• Accurate and timely financial reporting
• Strong internal controls and audit readiness
• Compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
• Enterprise data governance and cybersecurity requirements

Support test planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production readiness.

7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise Finance systems environments.

Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically AR, Billing, and Revenue Management.

Strong understanding of Fusion cloud architecture and configuration.

Experience working in multi-entity, high-volume billing environments.

Deep understanding of billing lifecycle processes and revenue recognition.

Experience supporting integrations between Fusion and CRM, contract management, or data platforms.

Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.

Experience operating in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
