Work Setting:
Remote with travel 1–2 times/year for Town Hall.

• Experience with cloud engineering, support, and solutions, preferably with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (5+ years);
• Experience designing distributed, highly available, fault-tolerant systems in multi-cloud environments (5+ years);
• Experience implementing and supporting client‑server technologies in on‑prem data centers or hybrid cloud (5+ years);
• Experience with industry‑standard Dev Ops tools such as Git, Jenkins, Tekton, Chef, Spinnaker, Hashi Corp Vault, Terraform, or Grafana (5+ years);
• Experience with IaC Provisioning tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud formation, Azure RM, or GCP Cloud Build (5+ years);
• Experience with ITIL and IT project management via various SDLCs like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid (5+ years);
• Experience participating in cross‑functional technology teams (5+ years);
• Experience with automation using Terraform;
• Experience with scripting or development using common coding frameworks;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience in cruise and/or travel industry (1+ years);
• Master’s Degree;
• (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Solutions Architect – Associate certification;
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA);
• Terraform Associate Certification;
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
• Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI.

• Function as an advanced technical resource for the Cloud Services environment, overseeing daily activities, governance, and cost management.
• Develop and maintain tools supporting cloud platform operations, including patching, migration, and infrastructure as code provisioning.
• Lead application development teams on cloud solutions projects to execute infrastructure pipelines and implement best practices.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks like Terraform and Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
• Ensure cloud systems adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Identify and implement cost optimization changes related to rightsizing, uptime scheduler, and environment cleanup.
• Collaborate with managed services providers to proactively monitor cloud environments and ensure prompt incident resolution
