This fully remote position supports the Department of Veterans Affairs in testing and troubleshooting Ambient AI Scribe solutions. Responsibilities include interface testing, technical support, and developing standardized testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 8+ years of experience in technical systems or healthcare technology environments.
