• Own and enhance existing subscription dashboards while identifying gaps in subscriber growth understanding
• Work with business leaders to define key metrics and build reporting to monitor performance
• Generate insights to guide the Product testing roadmap and design, measure, and scale Product A/B tests
• Identify and resolve issues related to data availability, consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design data pipelines for a unified source of truth

• 6+ years of experience as an analyst, data scientist, or BI Engineer
• 4+ years of SaaS/consumer app experience with a solid understanding of related metrics
• Expert capabilities with SQL and Tableau;
  Python experience is a plus
• BS degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with executives

• Experience communicating complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and flexibility to adapt to changing needs
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong curiosity to learn
