Your Role:

You will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of CEA CAPA’s unified digital ecosystem — spanning web, ecommerce, marketing technology, and analytics. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Director of Web, Marketing Technology & Analytics plays a critical leadership role in shaping how students and institutional partners engage with CEA CAPA across every digital touchpoint.

This transformation-focused role will consolidate seven legacy websites into a single scalable platform, modernize ecommerce capabilities, strengthen Salesforce and marketing automation integrations, and build the analytics foundation that drives measurable growth. You will translate business strategy into digital systems, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver performance improvements across the enrollment funnel.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Web & Ecommerce Transformation
  • Lead the strategy and delivery of a unified web and ecommerce platform, consolidating seven legacy sites into a scalable, high-performing digital experience.
  • Define business requirements in partnership with Marketing, Enrollment, Institutional Relations, Product, and Operations.
  • Establish UX/CX principles that improve discoverability, engagement, application conversion, and partner usability.
  • Oversee platform selection, governance, and implementation partners.
  • Ensure ecommerce capabilities support application flows and transactional needs, while driving long-term roadmap execution and continuous optimization post-launch.
Oversee Partner & Student Portals
  • Define and lead the strategy and roadmap for partner and student portals, ensuring they meet institutional needs and support student readiness.
  • Integrate portals seamlessly with Salesforce and marketing platforms to optimize communication workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor performance, usability, and adoption, driving improvements that enhance both institutional and student experience.
Own Marketing Technology & Systems Integration
  • Lead CEA CAPA’s marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across web, ecommerce, Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics systems.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to optimize automation, segmentation, personalization, and AI-enabled engagement.
  • Establish martech governance, data flows, and scalable processes, while evaluating enhancements and new technologies to support organizational growth.
Drive Data, Analytics & Optimization
  • Define and own marketing analytics strategy across web, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and partner enablement.
  • Partner with Omni Channel Marketing teams to develop dashboards and executive reporting that inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish KPIs for web, ecommerce, and marketing channels tied to conversion, engagement, and enrollment outcomes.
  • Ensure clean data flows, reliable reporting, and continuous optimization through experimentation, A/B testing, and UX improvements.
Lead & Align Cross-Functionally
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across web, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Act as a strategic bridge across Marketing, IT, Enrollment, Operations, and external partners, establishing clear operating rhythms.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and budgets to ensure disciplined investment aligned with business priorities.
Base Salary: $165,000-$185,000

This position is eligible for remote work within the continental United States or based out of our Phoenix, AZ office.

What Makes a Great Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading web strategy, digital transformation, or marketing technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience building or significantly redesigning large-scale web and ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/CX principles and digital journey design.
  • Experience integrating web platforms with Salesforce and marketing automation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
