• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with measurable impact
• Proven track record in making buy vs. build decisions and driving successful outcomes
• Experience integrating tools into productivity platforms like Slack or Google Workspace
• Demonstrated ability to drive AI-focused initiatives from exploration to implementation
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence

• Familiarity with technologies such as AI/ML, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion for improving workplace technology
