Salesforce Support Engineer – Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

Overview

Technology Solutions is offering a long-term opportunity (12+ months) with remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere, and competitive pay based on experience and skills. You will engage with a diverse range of business users to implement effective solutions using cutting-edge Salesforce technologies.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to leads, opportunities, cases, accounts, contacts, and reports
• Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
• Perform Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and document issues, solutions, and configurations

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Good understanding of Salesforce standard functionality and limits
• Experience with Salesforce support tools, such as cases, reports, and dashboards
• Knowledge of declarative tools, including Flows, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules
• 2–6 years of experience in Salesforce support or administration

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
• Experience with Lightning Experience
• Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or integrations
• ITIL or support process knowledge
