10 is currently seeking an HL7 Cloverleaf Developer - Remote position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization located in Rochester, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Pay Range: $57.00 - $65.00
This role focuses on building HL7 interfaces for laboratory systems using the Cloverleaf interface engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom system software within a large healthcare environment. This is a fully remote position where the consultant must provide their own equipment.
Responsibilities- Evaluate alternative approaches and present recommendations to teams and unit leadership
- Regularly review applications and make modifications and/or updates to ensure currency and functionality
- Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications and their associated hardware
- Produce and maintain documentation such as system requirements, designs, resource inventories, and plans
- Provide technical and project leadership to other staff members and work independently as needed
- Work effectively across departmental organizations gaining consensus of stakeholders
- Act as a liaison to internal departments and vendors to adequately support computing systems
- Interface with colleagues who may be located at any of the organization's practices to perform job responsibilities requiring virtual collaboration and partnership
- May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience, including one (1) year of demonstrated technical experience OR Associate's degree and seven (7) years of experience, including one (1) year of demonstrated technical experience
- Cloverleaf level 2 certification and HL7 interface development experience
- Experience working in healthcare technology
- Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications
- Applies effective system design principles and software development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complex assigned tasks/projects
- Strong communication, meeting management, and organizational skills
- Evidence of project management skills
- Evidence of ability to take initiative and work independently
