- Lead client and broker working sessions to gather inputs and confirm plan intent
- Coordinate with internal partners and vendors to document requirements and manage dependencies
- Gather and analyze plan, eligibility, and workflow requirements for system configuration
- Execute structured testing and validation of configurations, ensuring benefit accuracy
- Maintain documentation of configurations and contribute to process improvements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with group insurance products, benefits administration, or configuration
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive decisions to closure
- Ability to interpret leave and disability policies for system configurations
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with HRIS implementation and leave management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Salesforce
- Experience in a client-facing role within the insurance or benefits industry
