• Provide real-time software support and troubleshoot issues for customers via inbound calls
• Assist customers with software installation, configuration, upgrades, and updates
• Conduct on-site workflow software training and demonstrate best practices for customer-specific use cases
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex issues and communicate customer feedback

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, IT, or Computer Science
• Experience with in the print industry or IT with proficiency in troubleshooting Windows PCs
• Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows networks
• Ability to manage multiple inbound remote support requests in a timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating technical issues

• Knowledge and experience with inkjet prepress and production printing workflows
• Experience providing customer support/service to print service providers of varying scales
• Familiarity with workflow software products and inkjet applications
