Overview
Our client is a leading financial institution. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Solutions Administrator to join our Application Operations team. In this role, you will support critical production applications in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment while contributing to the stability and efficiency of our systems.
This is a night shift position (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday) with remote work flexibility after an initial on-site training period.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor production applications using industry-standard monitoring tools and custom scripts to ensure optimal performance
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance issues, job failures, file receipt problems, and outages
- Partner with IT and vendor teams to diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently
- Execute deployment support activities and disaster recovery exercises
- Perform moderately complex maintenance tasks and infrastructure management
- Create and maintain comprehensive procedural documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules, including weekend support coverage
- Document daily activities, incidents, and resolutions using incident management systems
- Demonstrate sound judgment and critical thinking when navigating complex production issues
- Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology or closely related field from an accredited institution, OR equivalent combination of directly related education and professional experience

- Clearance: US Citizen (Treasury High security clearance screening required)
- Availability: Must be able to work 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday) and participate in on-call rotations
