• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling operations globally

• 6-8 years of experience in enablement or strategy program management, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven track record of launching transformative enablement initiatives that enhance customer experience
• Strong program management skills, including problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to maintain diplomacy and composure under pressure while prioritizing tasks

• Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products
• PMP certification, Agile/Scrum Certification, or Prosci Certification
• Background in a global Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Experience organization
