Data Technical Specialist - Remote

• Participate in end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies
• Configure data migration tools including Syniti ADMM and BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, scope, and timelines
• Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration roles for greenfield or brownfield projects
• Proven experience with data migration tools including LTMC, DMC, BODS, and Syniti tools
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4
  
  HANA, ECC)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity

• SAP certification in one or more technical areas is a plus
• Certification on Syniti ADMM would be preferred
• Exposure to Variant Configuration (VC or AVC) would be a plus
