• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across teams such as engineering, product, design, marketing, enablement, and customer support for major go-to-market releases
• Scope and manage program schedules, breaking them into incremental milestones
• Facilitate development of product requirements with software teams
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements
• Identify dependencies and risks, proactively mitigating them to ensure project success

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, APIs, Analytics, or UX
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across a broad organization
• Familiarity with the product life cycle from concept through development to launch and end-of-life
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings
• Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers as well as presenting to business leaders

• Experience with remote sensing, earth observation data, or geospatial systems
• Experience working with remote, worldwide teams
• A desire to improve processes, tools, and development cycles
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn quickly
