- Develop and execute performance testing strategies, including Load, Spike, Stress, and Stability Testing
- Analyze performance metrics and document findings to communicate issues to development teams
- Collaborate with project teams to schedule and coordinate testing programs
- Identify and maintain test data requirements in conjunction with other teams
Recommend and implement process improvements for quality assurance programs
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience as a QA Performance Engineer
- Proficiency in command scripting using tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, or Neo Load
- Experience with monitoring and data analytics tools, including Dynatrace and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with mobile testing tools and relational database technology
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
- Certification as a SAFe Agile practitioner
- Experience with API testing and multi-system integrations
