• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for IT services deployed in AWS Gov Cloud, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and CJIS requirements
• Own the lifecycle of cloud-based IT products and services, focusing on scalability, automation, and cost optimization in Gov Cloud environments
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, government stakeholders, and internal leadership to ensure timely delivery
• Champion a user‑centric approach, ensuring products meet the unique needs of government agencies
• Establish KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and compliance readiness in cloud‑based government IT environments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT or cloud product management, with a strong focus on highly secure, regulated environments
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models, particularly in government‑regulated cloud ecosystems
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements in public sector cloud environments
• Exceptional strategic thinking, product vision, and leadership in high‑stakes, mission‑critical environments

• Proven success in driving large‑scale, secure, and compliant platform initiatives from concept to execution
• Strong data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs for product success
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across cross‑functional teams, including engineering, security, legal, and government stakeholders
