- 10+ years in data platform and enterprise architecture roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks, streaming architectures (Kafka), batch ETL, and cloud data platforms
- Experience integrating operational analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir) with governed data layers
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, PII/PHI compliance, and enterprise approval processes
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional architecture alignment across product, engineering, and governance teams
