Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

Description

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions (Financials, HCM, and EPM modules.
• Design end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and HCM (e.g. Hire to retire) processes.
• Review and deliver functional specifications documentation for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formula).
• Assist business users during CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with other systems, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Responsible for providing expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the overall systems architecture.
• Work with product teams to guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and software.
• Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
• Contribute to the road map for each system, including (when known) technical or functional obsolescence dates.
• Assist in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.
• Provide technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams.
• Develop and maintain architectural assets including security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns and services using Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• Research new technologies and demonstrate the use by developing proof of concept demonstrations.
• Work closely with cloud-native application architectures like PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design.
• Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10 years' relevant experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' relevant experience.
• Eight years of applicable business or system development experience.
• Experience Implementing Oracle Fusion Finance, EPM and HCM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Knowledge of, and expertise in, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher and OIC.

This is a Permanent position based out of Olathe, KS.

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
