• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during training exercises
• Simulate pilot actions and communication based on student commands
• Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
• Complete required certifications, including classroom and lab tests
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance training effectiveness

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to interpret diagrams and manuals
• Excellent verbal communication skills and clarity in speech
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of pilot/controller communications or phraseology
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting
