What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from a Sales to Implementation perspective, ensuring effective communication until project completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Maintain a customer-focused orientation throughout the project while managing stakeholder expectations
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience with project management tools is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence
• Strong organization, project planning, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to a wide audience, including senior leadership and customers

• Experience supporting teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating resources to troubleshoot complex project issues
• Proven project delivery skills, including accurate project planning and managing resources effectively
• Familiarity with agile working environments and managing multiple projects of diverse sizes and durations
