- Support and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
- Improve CPQ workflows, including product configuration, pricing logic, discount approvals, and quote generation
- Own backlog prioritization aligned with revenue impact and business objectives
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and validation to ensure release quality
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably with a subscription-based revenue model
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Exposure to the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle (Lead ? Opportunity ? Quote ? Order)
- Experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Nue, Deal Hub, Apttus, Conga, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting UAT processes
- Experience supporting Revenue Operations teams, forecasting, or pipeline reporting
- Exposure to enterprise data governance practices
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk
