About the Role
Are you passionate about building integrations that power enterprise-scale automation? We’re looking for a Strategic Integrations Engineer to develop and enhance high-impact connections with key partners. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enabling seamless workflows for large customers, ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations that are core to our Enterprise Upmarket strategy.
About You- You have a deep understanding of APIs and modern integration practices.

- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- You’re a proactive problem solver with strong debugging and testing skills.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations with key partners.
- Implement new features to support advanced automation use cases.
- Address API changes, updates, and deprecations to ensure stability.
- Optimize integrations for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors through code reviews and async threads.
- Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize improvements.
- Proactivity and ownership of tasks from design to deployment.
- Clear and collaborative communication in remote-first environments.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Must-Haves:
- Advanced understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and integration standards
- Experience with JavaScript and Node.js in production environments
- Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming and debugging
- Familiarity with Git/Git Lab and CI/CD workflows
- Solid experience with testing frameworks and code quality practices
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Type Script
- Knowledge of software design patterns (e.g., Factory, Singleton)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Databricks
- Understanding of distributed systems and architecture patterns
- Awareness of security best practices and threat mitigation
- Experience in cloud-native environments and continuous delivery
