Employee will be primarily responsible for the following:

• a. Lead IT related Technical Project delivery and Customer Support
• b. Lead Golden Five Team for assigned IT Projects & Services
• c. Provide System Admin and Project Support to Golden Five customers when required.
• d. Primarily work on the Microsoft Hybrid architecture with HA I DR, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure)& Security, Windows , Exchange  High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Power Shell Scripts, Virtualizat1on, M365, 0365, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, lntune, Identity & Access Mgmt, Microsoft Identity Manager Flow,& software development.
• e. Primarily focus on GCCHigh (DoD Contractors), CJIS Agencies, Government and DoD Customers
• f. Work on other technologies like email antivirus, antispam, backup.compliance products, instant messaging platforms;
  Proofpoint, Cisco lron
  
  Port, Cisco Jabber and Good Connect, mobility solutions;
  Blackberry Enterprise Server, Good Enterprise Server, and Good Dynamics, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) & other help as requested.
• h. Migrate and troubleshoot mailbox migration issues
• i. Prepare Project,Support, and Process documents.
• j. Lead Customer interaction for technical project delivery and support
• k. Work on Power Shell & Process Automat ions
• I. Self-training and self-study for the new software's versio ns
• m. Learn techno logy related upgrades in self-skillset
• n. Write Biogs and Try to become Microsoft MVP
• o. Learn and certify yourself with latest technologies
• p. Monthly discussion on the productivity with the manager.
• q. Report preparation as required by the customer or Golden Five
• r. SOW, CR, RFOCS and other document preparation.
• s. Servers and Clients patching.
• t. Servers and clients issue resolution.
