🌀 The Company

Filigran, founded in October 2022, stands out in the cybertech ecosystem for its commitment to revolutionizing cyber threat management with a proactive approach. Its mission is to develop innovative open-source solutions designed to anticipate cyber threats, identify security gaps, and strengthen organizational security posture.

Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.

🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a Community Experience Manager to join our marketing team and help us build, engage, and grow one of the most active cybersecurity communities in the world. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams, connecting with thousands of users, amplifying their voices, and turning their feedback into real impact.

You’ll be the first point of contact for community questions. You’re technically fluent enough to triage and answer product usage questions, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate to engineering when needed. You'll also own our presence across Slack, Git Hub, Reddit, and will be a contributor to other channels such as Linked In, Substack, and beyond.

From moderating our 6,000+ member Slack community to launching ambassador programs and co‑creating content, you’ll make sure every user feels supported, empowered, and part of something bigger.

💼 What You’ll Do
  • Help users succeed and grow with Filigran
    :
Create programs that help users adopt OpenCTI and OpenAEV capabilities faster, serve as the first line of community support, troubleshoot with peers, explore new use cases, and learn from community members who are one step ahead. Escalate complex issues to Product or Engineering when needed.
  • Foster connection and belonging
    :
Build dedicated spaces for specific roles (threat intel analysts, SOC teams, and red teamers), regions, and industries so a large global community feels personal. Actively recruit new members, spotlight engaged contributors, help members build their personal brand, and design programs that enable users to learn from each other.
  • Own our multi‑channel community presence
    :
Drive Filigran's engagement across Slack, Git Hub discussions, Reddit and evaluate how best to engage in Linked In and Substack. Participate in relevant conversations, sharing product updates, and building authentic relationships with power users and open‑source contributors.
  • Encourage feedback that shapes the product
    :
Build clear loops for users to share product ideas, surface where they're getting stuck, and show how their input drives future direction. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring real‑time community insights into their workflow.
  • Scale self‑service and peer support
    :
Grow a healthy network of moderators and contributors who help answer questions across time zones. Recognize and celebrate top contributors through programs like the Filigran Ambassador Program to deepen engagement and loyalty.
  • Own end‑to‑end community events
    :
Plan, organize, and run virtual meetups, product webinars, AMAs, and online summits — from scheduling and promotion to logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Track, measure, optimize
    :
Use data to understand what drives adoption, satisfaction, and engagement. Share insights that help the business see the value of community, and continuously improve your programs based on what works.
🤝 Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report to the Director of Brand & Communications and collaborate closely with:

  • Product Managers, engineers, customer success and to loop feedback into development
  • Content, events, and growth team members for amplification
  • The leadership team on strategic community growth

You’ll also have a direct line to our users, many of whom are cybersecurity professionals (threat intel, SOC, red teamers), open‑source contributors, and power users of our platforms.

🧬 What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years building community programs, with strong familiarity with Slack and other community platforms
  • 5–8+ years of experience working in tech, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or open‑source ecosystems
  • Technically curious and comfortable with product features, APIs, and technical documentation at a user level (developer background not…
