As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will work on Finance and Operations analytics initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement. You will translate complex datasets into meaningful insights, define impactful metrics, and enable teams to make confident, data-driven decisions. With your strong technical expertise and business acumen, you will help shape our analytics foundation and ensure data is at the core of how we operate and grow.

• Cross-Functional Analytics Projects:
  Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to analyse performance drivers and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
• Metric Definition & KPI Frameworks:
  Lead business-specific discussions to define, structure, and standardise key metrics that enable teams to measure and monitor performance effectively.
• Insight Generation for Decision-Making:
  Deliver clear, data-backed insights that empower teams to take efficient and strategic actions.
• Reporting & Ad-Hoc Analysis:
  Support recurring reporting and deep-dive analyses, transforming raw data into structured recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Data Model
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Data Engineering to build and maintain scalable data models, ensuring high data quality and reliability.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within startups or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Big Query, with hands-on experience building and maintaining data models using dbt.
• Experience with Looker, including building dashboards and enabling self-serve reporting for business stakeholders.

  Comfortable collaborating independently with cross-functional business teams as well as Data Engineering, with minimal supervision.
• Experience with finance or operations data is a plus, including cost analysis, financial reporting, or operational KPI tracking.
