- Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team and shape go-to-market strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Own new business software sales targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds quotas
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to refine sales strategy and infrastructure
- Monitor and improve team productivity and sales efficiency, identifying process bottlenecks
- Coach Account Executives on deal strategy, messaging, and execution, focusing on enterprise sales best practices
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership roles
- Proven experience selling tech/SaaS platforms, ideally subscription-based or software with AI/data components
- Strong understanding of sales processes, from pipeline generation to deal closure
- Ability to operate in a dynamic startup environment while managing evolving priorities
- Highly proficient in Salesforce or Hub Spot, with a preference for Hub Spot experience
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Enablement teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams through ambiguity and change
