What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
  • Own new business software sales targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds quotas
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to refine sales strategy and infrastructure
  • Monitor and improve team productivity and sales efficiency, identifying process bottlenecks
  • Coach Account Executives on deal strategy, messaging, and execution, focusing on enterprise sales best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership roles
  • Proven experience selling tech/SaaS platforms, ideally subscription-based or software with AI/data components
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, from pipeline generation to deal closure
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic startup environment while managing evolving priorities
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce or Hub Spot, with a preference for Hub Spot experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Enablement teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams through ambiguity and change
