• Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project managers, data conversion specialists, and other resources
• Perform information collection during the initial discovery process and document processes based on customer requirements
• Configure software using approved workflow and business rules and assist with data mapping and validation
• Customize and deliver training materials in both remote and classroom-led sessions
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks that could negatively impact projects

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information and make autonomous conclusions
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills

• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Experience with writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
