• Draft and review various written materials including reports, letters, and presentations to meet agency standards
• Contribute to the development of compliance-oriented reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of written communications, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to refine and complete written materials
• Manage multiple writing and review assignments concurrently, meeting established deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 6 years of writing and editing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and technical acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe tools
• Experience with 508 accessibility and Plain Language requirements

• Experience working with refugee, immigrant, or underserved populations
• Familiarity with print and/or web publishing
• Project management skills
