We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Solution Engineer to enhance our team. This key role involves the design, development, and implementation of customized CMF solutions, bridging the gap between our clients operational requirements and our technical capabilities. You will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions that improve client productivity and operational efficiency.

• Lead client engagements by conducting in-depth assessments of their manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and formulating comprehensive IT strategies to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into tangible IT solutions, providing strategic guidance and leveraging your extensive industry knowledge.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that encompass manufacturing IT systems such as MES, SCADA, ERP, ensuring seamless integration with existing technology landscapes.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership during system implementation, customization, and configuration, ensuring high‑quality and efficient solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices within manufacturing IT, and integrating them into our service offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance their professional growth to achieve project excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures for implemented solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing IT, representing the Front Well Solutions at industry events, delivering thought leadership, and building strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to manufacturing industries (e.g., FDA, ISO), and guide clients through the necessary processes.

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting, with a significant focus on manufacturing IT and complex project management.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in MES, SCADA, ERP systems, and their integration within manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, ensuring successful project execution.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale IT projects on time and within budget.
