We design and deliver a full spectrum of learning experiences, including self-paced modules, instructor-led training, and hands‑on product implementation labs. The Senior Technical Enablement Architect acts as a technical leader and trusted advisor on a global, diverse team. Responsibilities include managing architecture, scalability, and development of lab platforms and enablement applications. The role ensures these systems provide exceptional interactive learning experiences.

As a Senior Technical Enablement Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, operating, and architecting scalable virtual lab environments on Linode, ensuring availability, reliability, security, and performance of Linux-based infrastructure.

• Leading the design and implementation of new features across enablement applications and lab systems

• Enhancing and refining existing solutions to consistently improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

• Promoting best practices for automation and deployment, designing and developing innovative tools to minimize operational overhead effectively.

• Providing Level 2 technical support and acting as the escalation point for resolving laboratory‑related issues effectively.

• Creating clear and concise instructions, enabling learners to independently complete self‑paced laboratories and educational training effectively and efficiently.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess 5-7 of experience in software development, systems engineering, Dev Ops, or platform engineering, demonstrating expertise in scalable web application deployment.

• Demonstrate full‑stack development expertise utilizing modern technologies like Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS effectively.

• Demonstrate expertise in Linux‑based systems administration, automation, monitoring, and performance optimization to maintain reliability and operational efficiency.

• Gain practical expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud‑native environments using Linode or AWS, alongside comprehensive knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Demonstrate expertise in relational databases (MySQL, Postgre

  DB, SQLite) and practical knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols like SAML.

• Configure and support Akamai products with extensive experience in implementation, troubleshooting, optimization, and management across various environments.
