About the roleAs a Salesforce Technical Lead
, you will make an impact by driving the evolution of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem and leading modernization, AI enablement, and global technical operations. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering, AMS, and business partners across the organization.
, including configuring and optimizing Agentforce for AI-powered agent assist, building Employee Agent workflows, and designing Omni-Channel routing to accelerate case resolution.
, managing integrations with SAP, Oracle, and external systems using Jitterbit, Mule Soft, and REST/SOAP APIs.
, overseeing global deployments, leading Level 2/3 support, ensuring 24/7 platform stability, and mentoring engineering teams while driving CI/CD and CAB processes.

What you need to have to be considered- 13+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in Salesforce Architecture/Development and 5+ years in Oracle Net Suite.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands‑on expertise with Jitterbit, Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench.
- Strong Dev Ops experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Change Sets, and Sandbox Management.
- Proven experience with Agentforce Builder, Salesforce CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Data Architect, AI Associate / Agentforce Specialist, and Sales & Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience optimizing CPQ product catalogs, pricing logic, and document generation using Conga/Docu Sign.
- Deep integration expertise across multi‑platform enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- History of effective stakeholder management and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $101,000 p.a – $150,000 p.a, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
