Konica Minolta is seeking a highly skilled IIM Solutions Engineer III for the Blue Iris IQ division to lead the configuration and implementation of complex Intelligent Information Management (IIM) solutions. If you’re an expert in Tungsten/Kofax, passionate about solving enterprise challenges, and thrive in collaborative environments—this role is for you.

* Must have Total Agility experience

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deploy advanced IIM workflows and integrations (SAP, Oracle, APIs)
• Lead full implementation lifecycle: discovery, configuration, testing, deployment
• Provide peer reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support technical escalations

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with Tungsten Total Agility (Kofax)
• Proven success implementing mid‑to‑high complexity IIM solutions
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and customer‑facing skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, enterprise security, and infrastructure
