Remote Incident Manager: IT Service Restoration

A technology service company is seeking an Incident Manager I to manage the process of restoring normal IT operations quickly. The successful candidate will work in a remote environment and ensure compliance with established Incident policies and procedures. Responsibilities include facilitating Incident calls, documenting events, and handling status reporting. Applicants should have an Associate's degree and relevant experience, with preferred ITIL Certification and strong skills in IT monitoring tools and Microsoft Office.
