• Support and assist development teams as needed while leading the team in identifying new technologies
• Proactively provide updates to CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for production systems
• Oversee routine maintenance procedures and perform diagnostic tests
• Document and maintain system design and functions while contributing to process automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent related work experience
• Six or more years of practical applications development experience in a Dev Ops or System Engineer capacity
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, Azure Dev Ops, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Power Shell) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation)
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface with technical leads and stakeholders
• Experience in cross‑training team members and acting as a technical reference for staff
