We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive our AI transformation initiatives. This strategic role is centered on designing, delivering, and optimizing cross-company AI platforms and solutions, ensuring their seamless integration into the operational ecosystem. This Product Manager will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise AI platforms used across multiple business units. You will own internal products that transform how teams work, automation frameworks, generative AI tools, decision‑support systems, and AI‑enhanced workflows.

A core responsibility is designing new AI products and ensuring seamless integration into existing platforms and systems.

• Define and own the long‑term strategy for internal AI transformation platforms.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead discovery processes using data, user feedback, and cross‑department insights.
• Design new internal AI platforms and define user journeys and integration requirements.
• Own product integrations with existing systems and workflow tools.
• Drive product lifecycle: discovery, specifications, delivery, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Lead pilots, stress testing, beta programs, and real‑environment deployment.
• Define KPIs such as automation rate, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.
• Build dashboards and analyze usage to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across CS, Ops, Marketing, Product, Risk, Compliance, and more.
• Communicate roadmap, decisions, and impact clearly to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related degree;
• A minimum of 3+ years of product management
  , platform management with technical business analysis experience.
• Experience translating business needs and goals into visionary, scalable, maintainable, and best‑in‑class designed platforms, solutions, and automation‑driven products.
• Understanding and proven knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, ML, prompt design).
• Strong systems‑thinking and multi‑system integration capabilities.
• Strong analytical and KPI‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Worked closely with internal business teams, maintaining strong relationships.
• Great communication and presentation skills

• Experience with AI transformation, workflow automation, or internal developer platforms.
• Background in operations‑heavy environments (support, fintech, SaaS).
• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integration patterns, or automation frameworks.
