Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking an Engineer - Degree Optional V to join their team. As an Engineer - Degree Optional V, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting healthcare professionals, patients, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Engineer - Degree Optional V
Location: Plano, TX
Pay Range: 41/hr - 45/hr
What's the Job?
- Provide remote technical support for neuromodulation products, assisting healthcare professionals, field representatives, and patients with device troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Review system connectivity, interpret technical instructions, and guide users through product use and troubleshooting procedures.
- Operate effectively within a regulated medical device environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Support system connectivity, firmware/software interactions, and data security requirements related to medical devices.
What's Needed?
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting, diagnostic support, or device handling in healthcare or technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience assisting users in high-volume or fast-paced settings.
- Hands‑on experience with medical devices, clinical equipment, or related healthcare technology is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, product guides, diagrams, and clinical protocols.
- Familiarity with networking basics, data security, and system connectivity in medical device ecosystems is a plus.
