Automation Anywhere Developer

Location – Nashville (Remote) | Duration – 6 months |

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere Developer to join our team and help automate key clinical and operational processes. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining bots that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and support staff in delivering high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Automation Anywhere with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience, comfortable writing efficient scripts, and able to document best practices for automation development. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Automation Anywhere bots for clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable bot scripts.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements and validate workflows.
  • Document bot processes, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bot issues, performing testing and quality assurance.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring other team members on automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience developing bots using Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, including workflows, variables, loops, and exception handling.
  • Experience in documenting processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Databricks.
  • Experience working in healthcare or hospital systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical and operational workflows.
  • Exposure to databases, APIs, or system integration.
