Fractional CRM Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a freelance CRM Campaign Manager to support hands‑on CRM execution across Salesforce and Hub Spot. This role is focused on building, launching, and optimizing email campaigns and automated workflows – not platform architecture or long‑term CRM strategy.

• Build and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and Hub Spot
• Manage audience segmentation and list logic directly in the platforms
• Execute campaign sends, QA, and scheduling
• Track performance, report on results, and recommend optimizations
• Partner with internal teams in recurring working sessions

• Strong, hands‑on experience in Salesforce and Hub Spot
• Proven experience executing CRM email and automation campaigns
• Comfortable owning campaigns end‑to‑end within the tools
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams

The target range of base compensation for this role is $60.00 - $85.00 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
