Title: RPA Developer

Location: Wayne, PA (remote)

Type: Contract

Our client is seeking an RPA Developer with technical skillset with the UiPath suite. Example automations include: case-management style workflows applying business rules from a system of record and taking actions like sending emails or moving/placing attachments.

This role is 100% remote.

• Lead design, development, deployment, and support of UiPath automations to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with business leaders / SMEs to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, document / optimize processes, and deliver end-to-end bot solutions.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing automations in a fast-paced environment.
• At times, “wear a BA hat” to help formulate requirements and create supporting artifacts; in other cases, partner with a BA.

• Strong proficiency in UiPath.
• In-depth UiPath Studio and Orchestrator experience.
• Ability to design and deploy workflows.
• Programming proficiency plus strong analytical / problem-solving skills to translate business pain points into implemented automation.
• Technical background in .NET, SQL, APIs, macros, and system integration is preferred.
• Experience with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Ability to build reusable frameworks—automation types include attended and unattended (hybrid overall).
