Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Execution: Lead trafficking, QA, and launch for multi-channel campaigns (CTV, Video, Display, Audio, Native).
Technical QA: Validate VAST/VPAID tags, implement pixels/S2S tracking, and ensure brand safety via Double Verify, IAS, or MOAT.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all campaigns strictly adhere to industry-specific regulations (e.g., FEC/State for political; HIPAA and privacy for healthcare).
Campaign Optimization: Proactively monitor pacing, win rates, and supply paths. Conduct A/B testing and budget shifts to maximize performance.
Inventory Management: Source and manage PMP/PG deals with major SSPs, maintaining healthy delivery and documentation.
Data Activation: Activate 1st and 3rd-party data segments (including voter and health audiences) using privacy-safe workflows.
Strategic Reporting: Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and "wrap reports" for internal teams and clients.
Experience: 3–5+ years in Ad Ops or Programmatic Trading at a DSP, SSP, or agency.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing Healthcare or Political campaigns.
Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of VAST specs, 3rd-party ad servers, and DSP/DMP workflows (e.g., TTD, DV360, Xandr).
Inventory Savvy: Hands-on experience with CTV supply and PMP/PG setup.
Data Chops: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Looker/Tableau) is a plus.
Operational Rigor: A "bias for action" with the ability to manage high-pressure cycles with extreme attention to detail.
